Shipping & Returns
Currently, any order over $100 will get FREE shipping!*
* Hawaii and Alaska shipping is $14.98 per order for 9 pounds and under. We will call you if it will be more than $14.98.
Orders for 3 dozen balls or more balls will be charged $2.00 per dozen. You may also contact us
for a quote.
We will ship all in stock merchandise the same day if your order is received by 1:30 pm pacific time. We strive to deliver all orders
within 7 business days. If we cannot make a delivery within 7 business days, we will notify you with a phone call or email. We make
every effort to ship your entire order together. However, items ordered at the same time may be shipped in separate packages.
Items will not be charged to your account until shipped.
All merchandise should be sent to a residential or business address. All Ball Sports will not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Returns:
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from All Ball Sports. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 10 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, and a 20% restocking fee.
The item must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. After 10 days, please contact the manufacturer directly.
When returning product please write Return Authorization Number on box before shipping. Email sales@all-ball.com for a Return Authorization Number.
International Shipments:
We currently do not ship internationally.
Sales Tax:
All Ball Sports, Inc., office is in South Gate, California so orders shipped to this state are taxed accordingly: 8.25% in California.
